The product is easily digestible and has a specific nutritional composition. It’s an excellent source of dietary fiber, folic acid, and calcium from millet. Millet is a staple grain with a low glycemic index, allowing for a gradual release of insulin from the pancreas, making the product suitable for diabetics. Since buckwheat and millet grains are gluten-free, this product is especially recommended for individuals with celiac disease.
