Premium Universal Mix for Breads and Pastries 1kg
This mixture can be used for preparing various types of gluten-free breads, pastries, and cakes. The products themselves are characterized by all the nutritional values of millet as a grain, buckwheat, rice, and cornstarch. Cornstarch is an important source of energy. By combining corn with other ingredients rich in high-quality proteins, products with high nutritional value and acceptability are obtained. Since corn has the highest starch content (73 percent), it is an excellent low-fat source of energy (100 g provides around 360 kcal). It also contains a significant amount of protein (8-11 percent), vitamins E and B complex, provitamin A, fiber, and minerals (phosphorus, potassium, and magnesium).
